Multiple emails

I’d like to use multiple email addresses to notify when new ticket is raised (or reply to existing is posted) … I have the feeling that only I am getting emails now regardless of assigned agent or person that started the Ticket.
Btw, WP Support Plus is a Great tool and I enjoy using it …
