Multiple Email Templates

  • We are looking to sell two separate shows concurrently and wanted to provide slightly different content in the Sale EMail Template (beyond the differences in performance name/show time etc), such as different image etc.

    Does anyone know if this is possible? From what I can see it is only possible to set one template for the Sale Email at any one time.

  • Logistically how would you see this working if someone put tickets for both productions in their trolley and went through checkout?

    We wouldn’t envisage tickets for both being bought together: we’d place the box office for one production on one page and the other separately elsewhere (using specific short codes). But I see your point as to why this is not possible in the standard settings
