Multiple Email Formats

    Olly,
    If I have to send emails to 2 different people in 2 different formats (admin should receive the email with complete info, but the other user should receive an email with only the order details but not the customer info), how do we do that ?
    Any hooks, filters to the existing plugin will work ?

    not at the moment I’m afraid (I’ll have a think though)

    you can of course do what you like, but I’m just trying to understand if this is really such a good idea to start off with ?

    what happens if the user – for some reason – types in the wrong address you then deliver to, and he then complains that he never got it ?

    as he has no record of the address he typed in it will be somewhat (more) difficult to proof to him that he entered that wrong address, no ?
