Multiple email alerts for page/post ID’s

    I get multiple emails, about 40 that says:

    Post status has been changed; details: ID: 7786,Old status: new,New status: auto-draft,Title: Auto Draft
    (The ID changes for each message)

    I go in WP and look at the post id and there is just blank posts. No information.

    Is this a hack or other problem?
    When I visit the front of the site I can not see any issues.

    Actually it is continuous, creating about 20 of these messages in the audit log every minute.
    Some are referenced my admin user, and some say “system”.

    It seems to be Black Studio TinyMCE Widget plugin causing an issue after updating WP to 5.0.3

    I’m getting crushed with the same alerts. Capitalization of Auto Draft. Any remedy for this?

    Hello @nicklock you can ignore these alerts:

    • Visit the plugin settings page
    • Click on the “Alerts” tab
    • Scroll down to “Post-Type Alerts”
    • Click the “Show Post-Types Table” button
    • Uncheck anything with the “auto-draft” label
    • Scroll to the end of the table and click “Submit”

    I first disabled all active plugins to see if there was a plugin causing the issue. After confirming this I disabled one and one until it stopped.
    I also installed a DB cleaning plugin to remove about 1500 autodrafts that had been created by the faulty plugin that caused the issue and notifications.
