Multiple email addresses for each user

  • Has anyone had need to have multiple email addresses for each user on a wordpress site lately? Well I could use some help in figuring out how to do it it on WordPress 3.8.1. My need is for a client who wants their employees to be emailed when a story is posted on their intranet site – they want the emails/alerts to go to both the work and home email address of the employee…

    I found a number of posts from 4 to 6 years ago about it but none of the suggested solutions in them work in WP 3.8.1.
