Multiple Email address

I would like to be able to select an email recipient from a dropdown menu. Our vfb contact form should go to multiple email addresses at our paper and we would like the user to be able to select a recipient from a drop down to sent that selected email only. I know we can send to multiple emails at once using the vfb email setting and creating multiple recipients but we want the ability if possible of making those addresses selectable. Any way of doing that with the current version. I’m using the free version.
