• I am using multiple forms on this particular WordPress site.
The ideal form I would like to create will be sent to multiple people.
Originally, I wanted a list of names with check boxes that connected to their email address. When checked, the form would get sent to that email.

I am seeing that this may not be possible. Is there a way to do that?
And if not, is there a way to send to multiple email addresses? If so, how?

    Thank you for the assistance!

You can add multiple email addresses separated by commas (NOT semicolons) in the To: field in Mail Section.

You can also cc: and bcc: using the Additional headers: field in Mail Section – see Adding Cc, Bcc and Other Mail Headers.

Your alternative checkbox approach is rather complex. You will need to study the CF7 documentation in detail to see if this is possible. It also will add additional complexity for form users which I would personally look to avoid.

I did figure how to do the check boxes to multiple addresses with some trial and error.
You definitely solved my other problem with the cc and bcc. All fixed!

Thank you so much for your help!
