Multiple Drop-Ins on a Single Page

I’m needing to have multiple drop-ins on a single page, I have four different membership levels. I’ve added a shortcode drop-in for each but only one of them works, the other three have fields that you can’t type anything into and the sandbox placeholder text is not there. Is it possible to have this setup or can have only one drop-in per page? How would I do what I am needing to do with this plugin?
