Multiple Drop Down Menus Eliminate Already Selected Names?

    Hello, I have a form that has 20 drop down menus. Each has the same 27 names to select. How can I make each menu eliminate or disable a name once its been selected? I don’t want the user to be able to select the same name twice in the other drop down menus.

    In the link see pick 1, pick 2, pick 3, and so on.
