Multiple downloads from same secure link?

    Just confirming because it wasn’t clear in the features.

    When I “generate” a secure link, can that link be used multiple times by multiple people I send it to? In this case I’m sending it through my own ESP, not through the email option provided in the plugin.

    Hello.
    Yes, it’s can be used for downloading several times by different users.
    At the Settings page, you can define the time of expiring of such secure link.

    Thank you.

    I ask because it seems to work the first time and then when other testers or accounts try it it opens the new tab and my website but doesn’t download the file.

    I think we’ve found the reason for this issue. Our corporate LAN has a filter that limits file downloads. When we test this on off-company email accounts and different browsers it seems to work fine.

    I take it though that once that link disappears in the Admin panel that there is no place to go to retrieve it, so we have to make a list to retain it, eh?
