Multiple Database for one site

  • Hello, I have a website https://www.newsleaks.in its having a database of about 700 MB i want this database to be split into some 3-4 databases and want to use as one. Is there any way to do that?

    My site is running so slow i want to increase its speed is there any way to increase its speed. I tried w3 Total Cache. but it makes my site even worst and even i tried wp super cache, but of no sense.
