Multiple (Daily) Meetings Same Location

  • Open question to author and all users of this plugin. I live in an area that has many meetings that meet daily. Say for an example “Ask Bill” meets Monday – Friday at 7:00 am, and then on Saturday at 7:30 am.

    My question is, is there a way I can choose multiple days when choosing the day for meeting?

    My only Solution now is to add meetings in this Manner

    Ask Bill – Monday
    Ask Bill – Tuesday
    Ask Bill – Wednesday

    etc., etc.

    Are there other users out there with the same problem? If so how are you handling it. I have to manually enter over 600 meetings, our meeting guide w
    list was never setup in any database format.

    Hi Nevis, thanks for bringing this up again. My concern with adding multiple days is the complexity it will introduce to the backend programming. It would not be an easy change, and I’m prioritizing my time to help expandi the Meeting Guide app in to more areas.

    If a volunteer would like to take this challenge on I’d be open to that.

    In the meantime, perhaps you could make use of the import / export feature to speed up the process: export what you have, make the changes in Excel, and re-import?

    Exporting/Editing/Re-Importing was the solution I chose for multiple meetings of the same type at the same location. It was much less time consuming than entering each one individually through the admin area.
