Multiple Customer roles

It seams that if i make a discount rule with “If customer role” + “In” + *My custom role*, doesnt work if the My custom role and the ordinary role “Customer” is applied on the logged in user. If i uncheck Customer as a role on the customer profile the rule works. So it seams that the discount rule only work if there is only one Role on the user.
My scenarios is that i create a separate Role for like a customers company, so all the users thats in that company role gets the discount. I still want the standard Customer role to exist on all users on the site.
