Multiple Custom Templates per page?

Is there a way to use multiple custom templates at once? So that if I go to the YARPP Basic settings -> Display options for your website-> custom -> template file dropdown menu, I could select 2 or more files? If not, is there a way to hack it that anyone has tried? I’m trying to have different yarpps flyin at different parts of the page. Thank you
