Multiple custom checkout fields

Hi,
The dashboard says custom checkout fields with an “s” as in plural – but I don’t see how to add more than one field.

The doc says: This neat feature allows you to add more fields to your checkout page.

I need to add more than one field as the doc says. How does that work?
