    Hello,
    I’m using Autoptimize and it has done a good job so far. However, I could see using Pagespeed insights that it’s aggregating all the css files into 3 different files rather than 1. Is it normal and how is it possible?

    You can see the pagespeed insight results here:

    Thanks for your help,
    Mike

    The fact that you have 3 files is normal;
    * AO honors the media attribute and you have some CSS for media=all and some for media=screen
    * the autoptimize_single file looks like your main theme CSS, which I guess you excluded from optimization?

    Regarding the fact those files are render-blocking; have a look at the “inline & defer CSS” option, there’s more info in the AO FAQ.

    Regarding unused CSS; that’s something AO can’t fix for you I’m afraid, it cannot discern what CSS is used and what is not and hence deleting CSS would be very high risk.

    hope this clarifies,
    frank
