Multiple contingencies for sessions?

I want to be able to specify on a single day options A, B, and C. Each of these are a unique session time, but each may overlap another by any amount. If session A is selected (and paid for), then B and C are removed from the calendar. If B or C is selected, then A is removed from the calendar. Will I be able to do this with this plugin as it is? Thanks
