    Hi @helpin2 ,

I understand you’re noticing three contact email fields appearing on your checkout page—that does sound frustrating! This kind of issue is often caused by third-party themes, plugins, or custom code, especially since we don’t see this behavior in a default WooCommerce setup.

To troubleshoot, could you try switching your theme to the default Storefront theme? This will help determine if your current theme is causing the issue.

If switching themes resolves the problem, the issue is likely with your existing theme. If not, the next step would be to check your plugins:

    • Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and test the checkout page again.
    • If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one while checking the checkout page each time to pinpoint the exact plugin causing the conflict.

For a more thorough approach, you can follow this guide on how to test for conflicts.

Once you identify the theme or plugin causing the issue, you’ll need to reach out to the developer of that theme/plugin for further assistance.

Let us know how this goes.

    Hello Jonayed,

Thanks for your help. It appears to be coming from Divi.

I’ve found a way around it. Basically, I have the whole website using Divi theme, except for the checkout page. This way the bug doesn’t bother the potential clients anymore. Sure, I lose on customization of the page but at least it is functioning.

I appreciate you for sharing the solution here.

I suggest contacting Divi theme, they might have a better solution.
