multiple contact forms for steps

Hi!
I would like to have multiple text fields in the [wpuf_addpost] page, where my users can upload their content in the form of steps. where each text field will be 1 step. All the text-fields will then add up to form 1 post. It is like a multiple contact form which will be added up together at the end.
I saw on the Plugin’s site that [wpuf_addpost post_type=”event”] allows for multiple contact form. But I can’t seem to get it, after I change to the shortcode, the page still only displays one text box just like [wpuf_addpost]
please help.
