Multiple confirm subscription emails trigger blocking

    I have had my emails blocked by subscribers, due to spam bots subscribing email accounts and these people receiving (multiple) confirm subscription emails. First of all, I need to add a Captcha to my form. How can I do that?
    Second, until I can do this, Sendinblue is blocking my sending any emails from my email account. So I will have to change the form to remove the option to subscribe (so they contact me to add them if they want to).
    This is really urgent as I need to be able to use my email account.
