Multiple Conditions Wont Submit

Hey. Sorry me again
I have 7 options, each opening a conditional group. All conditions work fine and opens the correct group but submit doesn’t work.
If I remove all but 1 group, then the form sends fine. I can do this with any of the 7 groups on their own. As long as there is only one group in the form then it sends, but if I add one more group back and it wont send again.
I’ve checked my form but can’t see anything obvious that would stop it.
Can you take a look and see if there is something missing or maybe I’m just asking to much of the conditional plugin.
