    Hello dear compliance team,
The plugin basically does what it should, I’m thrilled. However, the following problem appears in the Chrome browser: There are 2 different cmplz_policy_id’s (29 and 30).

If I delete all cookies the problem keeps reappearing, there are 2 different cmplz_policy_id’s and the banner reappears on every page no matter if the settings are rejected or accepted.

Do you have an idea what could be causing this? The problem only occurs in Chrome, Firefox does not have this problem.

    Thanks very much!

    Hi @e222w,

Can you give this a try after performing a Purge/Clear All action in the WP Fastest Cache plugin (or without that plugin enabled), in a fresh Incognito/Private Browsing window in your browser?

    Kind regards, Jarno

Thank you for the quick help. The WP Fastest Cache plugin has been disabled. Result: It works now in incognito mode, unfortunately still not in “normal” browser mode (There are 2 different cmplz_policy_id’s (29 and 30).) … maybe another idea?

    Hi @e222w,

If this now works in Incognito mode (so, without any previously set cookies/browser cache affecting the behavior):

You will have to clear the browser cache in your ‘regular’ browser; and then it should work there as well.

    Kind regards, Jarno
