Multiple citations, one source

Hi there, I’m currently using this plugin on a client’s site. I think that you support this, but I can’t quite figure out how to use one source, cited multiple times. When I copy the source info using ((source 04 here)) in multiple locations in my page content, the second citation does’t link down to the footnotes area (the first instance works fine). It seems to gather the sources in the footnotes area, but doesn’t continue linking beyond the first one.

Here is my page https://tiesrx.wpengine.com/ – it is happening on the 4th and 5th citation (which are the same source) – notice if you click the [5] it won’t anchor you to the bottom where ‘Footnotes’ are.
