If not, have you tried add-on type plugins. One of these would allow you to set up radio buttons for the 3 choices. This one will allow you to attach a price to the options:

It’s just a simple sliding scale price….there are no options. Same online dance class whatever a person is able to pay. Just keeping it open to all income levels. Dropdown menu. I’ll take a look at that plugin.

Thanks, got it. My suggested plugin is maybe not the right one for you then because it will only allow discrete pre-set amounts. I think you are looking for a donation plugin, where the user can specify the amount. Have a look at:

It sounds like you’re going for a “Name Your Price” type situation where customers can pay whatever they want.

The Name Your Price extension would be what you’re looking for here. You could also search for versions from other developers if you’re not looking to purchase it.
