MULTIPLE Cell operations; alignment

I’m creating a sortable table using WP Table Builder Pro. Like it and do see how to use Shift-Select Cell for the Table Merge operation.

However, I want my cells to have a centered alignment (horizontal). But I am unable to use the Shift-Select keystrokes to select multiple cells to invoke centering, etc. Is there a way to do that?

Also, is there a way to format numbers in cells? Explicitly, I want to round or truncate decimal places or just specify the number of decimals to display.
