Multiple Categories configurations

    1. I get newsletters from a variety of sources. The newsletters are html, each is unique and I want to strip the headers and footers off and post the main body, with each email address corresponding to a category.

    2. I get email updates from a variety of sources, each has a different salutation and footer and I want to strip the header and signatures and post the body into a category per email address.

    With Category addon, can I have different configurations per email address?
