    Hi,

Did you cross check there are testimonials assigned to categories?

Can you please paste the shortcode here you are using to display Testimonials?

Please check our page for available shortcodes https://store.axelerant.com/best-wordpress-testimonials-plugin/shortcode-examples/

    Thanks

This the shortcode we are currently using: [testimonials category=”general-testimonials” random=true limit=-1 no_cache=true]

    I am trying to use the shortcode: [testimonials category=”general-testimonials, general-testimonials-long” random=true limit=-1 no_cache=true]

We have testimonials in both categories and would like for the two categories to display mixed in together. Each category shortcode work on it’s own, it just doesn’t work when I try to display both at once on the same page.

    Hi SKLaRuePhoto,

The short-code you have mentioned above is perfectly all right and it should work. However, can you please make sure that you have added correct category names? https://www.evernote.com/l/AP7wEhvuMzJO37nTsMorfIgkGhIIp_TOl90 Please disable all plugins except Testimonials Widget and check if the issue still persists. If still having issues, can you please switch the theme for sometime and check.

    Thanks !!

I know the code is correct, that’s why I’m frustrated. It works working just the other day until I updated wordpress and now it’s no longer working.

I’m sorry, but I can’t disable my other plugins on my website or switch themes.
