    There’s multiple bugs in the pages created by Tutor.

    Some bugs in the interface (these bugs happen when the user access the class navigation interface):
    – When I access the pages of the classes, the video class shows up with a cut (top and bottom of the video do not show up);
    – If I access the classes clicking directly in the name of the class, the page loads correctly and without cuts;
    – However, when I access the classes using the navigation buttons “next” and “previous”, it does not load correctly and there’s cuts in the video;
    – Other minor itens of the interface always load incorrectly;

    Another bug, but in functionality:
    – When I click the button “next”, sometimes it creates a “draft” class out of nowhere;

    Any though about why this is happening?

  • Hello @semibsul,

    Can you check if you disabled Tutor CSS and JS from Tutor Settings > General.

    Let us know which video option did you choose when you created your course and lesson. If you are using Youtube or Vimeo, make sure those options are enabled from Tutor Settings > General.

    Tutor LMS requires 7.3 or higher version of PHP to function optimally so update your PHP, WordPress and Tutor LMS versions.

    Thanks for the reply!

    I’m using the video from YouTube (the problem persists even if I deactivate Tutor player and use YouTube’s).

    I’m using the latest version of WordPress, Tutor and PHP.

    I’ve tried creating different courses and changing the configurations, but the problem persists.

    Here’s the video where I show the bug and some configurations: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yWT11VSVyFjgPIhXq6u5yak0_a617b9X/view?usp=sharing

    Glad to have your support.

    I resolved the cropped video by unstalling some plugins.

    The layout problems occurred because the translation of some text elements from Tutor Interface used too long words. I edited them with Loco Translate using shorter words that better fit the interface and now it’s working.

    Also, It worked best with Astra Theme.

    There’s bugs in the mobile version of Hestia theme. OceanWP works too, but not as good as Astra.
