Multiple bugs

  • Hi,

    I’ve used Complianz on a lot of websites. Unfortunately I encounter some bugs from time to time. This is regarding uhsv-anteros.nl

    1. Some steps are not shown in the wizard, like Website info under General
    2. The emailaddress we filled in before in Website info, somehow shows reversed ie [email protected] will be moc.elpmaxe@ofni
    3. The CSS does not work correctly when showing the cookie policy in Elementor. This sometimes happens with the shortcode directly on the page but mostly if its a container template with the shortcode in there. I already tried it with ‘Use documents CSS from Complianz’. But no luck

    Hi @toineenzo both 2 and 3 are the same CSS issue, but there’s not really something to go on. We have had no reports of Elementor and shortcode issues.

    Does a normal page with shortcode, without editing with Elementor work correctly?

    For 1. Any errors in the console?

    Hi @toineenzo,

    To add upon the above answer, #1 is most-likely because the Cookie Policy hasn’t been set to “Generated by Complianz” under Complianz > Wizard > Documents.
