Multiple breaking changes

    The markup has changed in version 3.0 and then again in 4.0. This also in a period of four months.

    This is very frustrating as we have custom styles for the rating and having to change the styling on every major update in not appreciated.

    I dread the 5.0 release as we would need to update our styles again ??

    Otherwise the plugin seems to work well.
