multiple booking in one time slot

Hello,

Please, open the Mode tab of the Webba Settigngs page and set the option Mode of multiple places selection to ‘Let users select count’ or ‘Allow select only one place’.

If the problem persists please let me know.

I have the same problem regarding new service categories, although I have selected ‘Allow select only one place’ option.

Could you please provide some details? What kind of issue do you have with the service categories?

I have three different services in one category
“Maximum booking count per time slot” set on 60 in all services.
But, after the first appointment is booked, the service is not showing available places (all time slots booked), although there should be 59 more available.

2. Appointments tab of the Webba setting page.

I have tried it again and now it is working.
Maybe it could be because of the overlap in services because there are two different services available at the same time (the new services will be used from Monday, and the existing one will be deleted)?

Please, clarify – is the option Auto lock appointments enabled?

No, it is disabled.
