multiple blogs same db, same folder-> Upgrade woes

  • Hi,
    i have multiple blogs (WP_2.9.2) set up with the same database (using different $table_prefix) , and the same folder location. (www.domain.com/demo/)

    IF i upgrade one, the files will get updated, … is there any way of upgrading all tables at one go?
