• I am using a template – so, I am not sure if the template will handle this – but I’d like to have too blogs on my site.

What should I do to create two separate blogs?

I noted that in the WP forum someone mentioned that you can put another version of WP into a sub-folder where your site is hosted. This will allow you to have a second blog. Is this the way to do it? Or someone else mentioned multiple tables.

    Thx 4 your help, Marty

  • What not just use categories to separate you ‘blogs’.

Wouldn’t two installations be a bit cumbersome?

Check into custom posts types as that will give you another label in admin like you have posts now and then you can posts to that label and put in menu there is plugin to set it up

The two installations solution might have been from years ago.

I need to have all my actual posts in one area and my other ‘posts’ that don’t have dates or comments in another area.

I don’t want them to co-mingle. So, with custom posts could I have a page called ‘blog’ that only has posts that are customized as a special ‘type’ of post?

    Thanks 4 your help!
