Multiple Blogs … Folder Structure?

I want to make multiple blogs on the same server.

But I also would like to have normal “html”-pages as well as “drupal”-pages on my server.

So i would like to put all my sites into a wordpress-subfolder – like this:

https://www.mysite.com/wordpress/site1
https://www.mysite.com/wordpress/site2

and so on.

But when I want people to visit my sites i want them to access them via:

https://www.mysite.com/site1
https://www.mysite.com/site2

will that be possible? or is my structure stupid in that regard?

should i instead make my folder-structure on the server resemble my last example?
