Multiple Blogs, 1 Server, Multiple WordPress downloads?

    I already built my blog & linked it to my server. My friend now wants me to create his blog & put it on my server, but I don’t want it linked to mine at all. Is there a way to create him a blog without downloading WordPress all over again & having multiple of the same files on my server?
