Multiple Blog Rolls Via Same Source

Hi,

I’m running a website that has multiple users, each user has their own page.

When they post i want the post to go to the home page as well as their own page. But not via a widget as i want it just under their profile.

I think it can be done by having them mark the post in a category and linking that category to their page. I know this can be done but how?
They also need to be in date order (same as the home page) idealy i would want it to show the latest 5 posts and then a ‘more option’ to see the rest by that user. If this cannot be done i don’t mind an archive widget at the side. But i want it limited to 5 per page.

I found a plugin that lets me do this but it doesn’t look like the home page, its just a link.
