• Hai guys,

I’m trying to do a custom theme based on Kubrick and I’m having a little trouble with multiple background images.

I’ve got a 300px tall background gradient that I want across the very top stretching 100%, and the header laying across it (so I’m basically extending the gradient in my headerimg to fill the page). I already have a background image serving as my page border. I’ve tried putting the gradient in a div, which worked persay, only it pushed the header and everything else below it, instead of lying under it. Then I tried putting it as the body bg, and putting my other background as the #page bg. But #page bg doesn’t seem to be centering, even with a variable telling it to do so (Is there a reason for that?)

I haven’t designed anything in years so I’m a bit rusty ?? Thanks for reading ~

  • Modifying K. is not for beginners…

You may be better off trying another theme.

Sorry, I should have emphasized I’m not a beginner, just rusty.

    Anybody?

Got it! A little absolute positioning never hurt anyone I suppose. ??
