Multiple banners in post header

I am running the custom headers and footers plugin and the max banner ad plugin. I have adsense code in the (custome header and footer plugin) post header and then adsense and optin form code in the post footer. Then I am running the max banner ad plugin at the post footer aswell.

Everything is the way I want it when you are on the homepage but on the individual posts the banners, adsense and optin form appear in my post aswell as the header and footer. Here is a link to one of my posts
