Multiple Banks for Multiple Currencies

    My company has 2 bank accounts, one is US dollars and the other is Canadian, as we sell on both sides of the boarder.

    I know I can automatically set the currency based on IP location.

    What I would like to do is have purchases made in USD or with a US credit card to go to the US account and likewise Canadian purchases deposit to the Canadian account. It would help us keep better track of sales and avoid having to deal with currency exchange fees.

    Is this possible through conditional sales or any other setting/service?

    Hi @kaymor1!

    You can add a second bank account in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or US Dollars (USD) depending on which one you want to use as a default deposit currency. Payments using CAD or USD as the currency will be deposited to the second CAD or USD account.

    All other payments will be converted to the default deposit currency and deposited into the default account.

    This is really going to depend on the payment gateway that is used. As @kaymor1 mentioned, this is possible out of the box with WooCommerce Payments by adding bank accounts in each currency.

    If the gateway you’re using doesn’t have this built-in, you could use Conditional Shipping and Payments along with a second plugin for the same gateway to send different currencies to the correct gateway.
