Multiple agents on free version

    Hello,

    I am looking into installing a live chat plugin on my wordpress site and this one looked like a good candidate. I was just wondering if the free version of this plugin allows for using multiple agents. I noticed it said a benefit of the pro version was unlimited agents but didnt see what exactly the limit was for the free one and whether it’s just 1 or several.

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    The Basic version only allows for one user to be a chat agent. The Pro version (https://wp-livechat.com/purchase-pro/) will allow you to make an unlimited number of users on your site chat agents.

    I want that online consultant was someone who has no access to all admin panel options, I want to change agent user from administrator to someone with lower access level to admin options (I can allow any user to use any option of admin panel, but it says I have no access to live chat options, because I am not admin in that case).
    P.S. I don’t need more agents, I need that agent was not administrator, but different user.

    Hi there

    My apologies for the confusion on my part.

    Any user on your site can be made the default chat agent – you can specify which user should be the chat agent by going to ‘Live Chat’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Chat Agents’ and selecting your preferred agent.
