    1. Can this plug in accommodate multiple agents each requiring separate paid subscriptions?
    2. Can this be set up to require buyers to pay for subscription to browse or contact agents?

    Want to use more like a rental and keep out spammers with a tiny fee to register as a renter.

    3. Can admins receive notice when a renter contacts an agent regarding a property?

    If we understood you right, yes it can. Any agent can subscribe to any of created by Admin plans.

    2. Can this be set up to require buyers to pay for subscription to browse or contact agents?

    No, there is no feature like that.

    3. Can admins receive notice when a renter contacts an agent regarding a property?

    Yes it can. There is Estatik Request Form widget that allows you to choose who can receive a copy of request: both admin and agent, only agent, only admin or to a specific email.
