Multiple 404 Attempts User Not Banned

    Dear support,

    For the second time in the last 2 weeks there was about a dozen rapid fire 404 attempts within just a few seconds on my website and the user was not blocked. I know the 404 blocking works because I have seen it. I have the 404 blocking set to a permanent ban with 2 attempts. The 404 errors were not recorded in Defender’s log at all. Please advise why the program is not stopping these attacks and if there is anything I can do improve on it. Feel free to email me directly. Thank you.

    This is unexpected in this case as those attempts should have caused Defender to block any further requests.

    Would you be able to share access logs for the attempts here so we can review them and see what happened exactly?
