Multipage Toolkit "View All" not working in WP 3.1

I just discovered the Multipage Toolkit plug in is not working in “View All” in a multi page post. Instead of showing all pages, it takes the reader completely out of the current post and back to an old post posted almost two years ago. I checked the “View All” from several posts and they all went to the same old post. I checked the plug in code and didn’t see anything obvious.

I didn’t check the View All right after upgrading to 3.1 but I would assume that’s when the problem started. The view all worked before the upgrade.

I’ve deactivated the “view all” portion of the plug in for now.
