Multingual check box on header

Just checking functionality of this beautiful theme locally. Actually on my website I’m using zalive-child but I wonder to change. https://www.bbottelio.eu – https://www.bbottelioblog.com
I’ll love adding the language check box (de – en – it) directly on top of page.
Actually have it on footer, but do not able to find way to move on top, close to the menu list.
Help is much appreciated.
