Multilingual WooCommerce single site or multisite?

Hello, I would like to run an international, multilingual multi-vendor marketplace for private sellers based on WooCommerce. Would you recommend a single site installation using WPML or rather a multisite language switcher set-up? Are there any plugins available that would allow me to make a destinction between private and professional seller in the backend?
