Multilingual with subdomains

Hi,

I’ve set up Wordrpess 3.4.1 MULTISITE with subcategories.
Now I’m trying to configure multilingual support with subdomains. It should be like that:

en.wishmake.net/user1/
ru.wishmake.net/user2/
etc

So, I have qTranslate installed and it works fine in Use Query Mode (?lang=en).
But when I try Use Pre-Domain Mode (uses https://en.wishmake.net)
it always redirects me to main domain wishmake.net.
