Multilingual website

Hello,

I would like to make a website multilingual (2 languages), but the catch is that one language is English and the other is Hebrew, which is read from right to left. That means that lots of elements will be shown as a mirror of the English version.

Does it mean that I need the website to be a multi-site setup?
