multilingual translation plugin problem

hi all,

i have WPML plugin for translation. however, i want some changes to make in it which i can not find in the plugin file.

1 : the translation file is in Persian and Pashto : unlike the English syntax the dari and pashto language starts from right to left.

2 : i want all the page, everything in the other language page should be in the desired language. right now some of the strings are translated but some are still in english such as {view all, next etc}
