Multilingual theme

  • Hi guyz,

    Is it possible to make multilingual theme without translating posts/pages and etc, only multilingual theme with switcher in fontend/header? I googled and only found plugin like WPML, Polylang… I want to translate only “shape” of my site, navigation, strings, sidebar heading, forms…
