Hello, is there any way to use this plugin on multilanguage site? We have active account. It redirects to FONDY payment page on English version but it fails to redirect if used on Lithuanian version. It simply reloading to the same checkout page while generating unpaid order to the customer.
Also there is no way to enter information on any language if “built in form” used. All we get is empty template without fields to enter information.
Please don’t ask to contact FONDY customer support as we already contacting them for over a month without any results.

    Thank you in advance,

    Giedrius

Hello, it’s seems problem not in translation plugin, this plugin work fine with wpml and q-translateX, try to check your settings in this two languages (switch language tabs in settings page) and clear cache, also check force translation is set and set up priority in fondy personal cabinet, merchant settings.

Thank you for the response. Just to clarify. We have no issues with the plugin translation on the site. Also I did all troubleshooting mentioned above without any results. Lithuanian site version fails to open fondy “redirect” payment page on checkout. Force translation is set but fondy is not supporting lithuanian language? Checkout language priority:”Users cookie” or “API lang parameter” makes no difference. And the same is when using live fondy account or fondy test account credentials. Lithuanian version fails to open fondy “redirect” payment page on checkout.
